- What is Talent Scout and how does it work?
- Talent Scout is our done-for-you sourcing service. You activate it on any job and we handle everything. We post paid ads across major job boards to attract active candidates, and personally reach out to passive candidates on LinkedIn and GitHub. You only pay an 8% fee on the hired candidate's first year salary. Nothing upfront, nothing if it doesn't work out.
